Set up in 1977, the Singapore Arts Festival is organised by the NAC "National Arts Council" of Singapore, it began as a celebration of the diverse cultural community that Singapore had. Over the decades, the festival had developed into a single largest art event in Singapore, it have been responsible for changing Singapore landscape into a Cultural Capital that is characterised by bold, progressive and innovative spirit, in promoting and endorsing new works of art by Singapore.
